Please collect and send the following documents:
1) Valid US Passport
You must send your valid, signed U.S. Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and two blank visa page. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you need to renew your passport or obtain a new one.
2) One Passport Photo
Photo must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background. Only front view of face acceptable. Digital photos not accepted.
3) Visa Application Form
Download, print, fully complete and sign.
4) Proof of Departure
You must provide a travel itinerary or copy of your plane tickets. (please note this itinerary must show travel in the next 3 months)
5) Fees
Government fee
The Consulate fee is $15.00.
Make a USPS Money Order payable to the Egyptian Consulate of $15.00. Money order must be a postal money order. Do not send personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.
• Single entry visa's valid for 3 months from the date of issue for a stay not to exceed 30 days.
Our fee
Our service fee is $75.00.
• For return shipping choose one of the following:
* $30 for overnight shipping
* A prepaid filled in airbill from FedEx or UPS
* Use Your FedEx Account Number
* Pickup in person
• Our Total Fee is $105 ($75 if you INCLUDED a pre-paid airbill). You may pay by money order or credit card.
• If you are paying by money order, please make it payable to "Deluxe Passport Express". Normal processing time is 5-7 business days.
• If you're paying by credit card, please make sure you entered your credit card information on the customer information form (See Below).
6) Customer Information Form
Complete and submit the customer information form. Once you submitted the form, print a copy and send it along with rest of the documents to Deluxe Passport Express. If you're paying by credit card make sure to sign the printed customer form.
7) Ship the documents
Call us at 718-387-5441 to indicate that you're processing a Egypt Visa. ship all of the above documents to Deluxe Passport Express, 57 Lee Ave, Brooklyn NY 11211. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 9:00am to 1:00 pm EST.
We strongly recommend that you send your documents via FedEx/UPS.
