Please collect and send the following documents:
1) Valid US Passport
You must send your valid, signed US Passport. Make sure your passport is still valid for at least 6 months, and has at least one blank visa page. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.
2) One Passport Photo
Photo must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background. Only front view of face acceptable. Digital photos not accepted.
3) Visa Application Form
The visa application form must be filled out online at
https://scedv.serpro.gov.br/. You must send the printed, signed receipt page.
4) Proof of Departure
You must provide a travel itinerary or copy of your plane tickets showing your roundtrip. (please note this itinerary must show travel in the next 3 months)
5) Business letter
A business letter of responsibility is required:
The letter must include the applicant's position, contact in Brazil, type of job to be conducted in Brazil, and how long applicant is employed at company. It should also indicate that company is taking full responsibility for applicant while in Brazil.
6) Proof of Address
You must provide a copy of your driver's license, or a copy of your utility bill.
7) Fees
Consular fee
Make a USPS Money Order payable to the Consulate General of Brazil for $160.00. Money order must be a postal money order. Do not send personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.
Our fee
Our service fee is $125.00.

* $30 for overnight shipping
* A prepaid filled in airbill from FedEx or UPS
* Use Your FedEx Account Number
* Pickup in person
• If you are paying by money order, please make it payable to "Deluxe Passport Express". Normal processing time is 10-15 business days. If you are traveling any sooner please call our agency at 718-387-5441.
• If you're paying by credit card, please make sure you entered your credit card information on the Customer Information Form (See Below).
8) Customer Information Form
• Complete the Customer Information Form. Print a copy and send it along with rest of your documents.
9) Shipping the documents
Call us at 718-387-5441 to indicate that you're processing a Brazil Visa. Overnight all of the above documents to Deluxe Passport Express, 57 Lee Ave, Brooklyn NY 11211. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 9:00am to 1:00 pm EST.
We strongly recommend that you send your documents via FedEx/UPS.
