INDONESIA TOURIST VISA IN USA

Collect and send the following documents:

1) Valid US Passport

You must send your valid, signed US Passport. Make sure your passport is still valid for at least 6 months, and has at least one blank visa pages. If not, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.

Foreign passport holders: In addition you need to send a copy of your valid U.S. Green Card or your U.S. Visa.

2) Passport Photograph

You must provide one recent passport photograph. Photo must be 2x2 inches, in color, with a plain light or white background. Only front view of face acceptable.

3) Visa Application Form

Click here to get the visa application form. Print, complete and sign it.

4) Proof of Departure

You must provide a copy of your round trip travel itinerary or ticket.

5) Letter of Employment

This letter should indicate the employment status of the applicant. Retirees should submit proof of their retirement funds.

6) Fees

Consular fee

Make a Money Order payable to the "Indonesian Consulate General."This fee may also be paid together with our service fee to "Deluxe Passport Express"; or by credit card, by entering your credit card information on the customer information form (see below).

Normal processing time is 3 business days.

Our fee

Our service fee is $75.00.

• For return delivery, choose one of the following:

       * $30 for overnight shipping
       * $15 for FedEx Ground (3-6 business days)
       * A prepaid filled in airbill from FedEx or UPS
       * Use Your FedEx Account Number
       * Pickup in person

• When paying by money order, make it payable to "Deluxe Passport Express".

• Credit card information should be entered on the Service Order Form (See Below).

7) Customer Information Form


• Complete the Customer Information Form. Print a copy and send it along with rest of your documents.

8) Shipping

Visit one of our walk-in offices, or ship the documents via FedEx/UPS:

Call us at 718-387-5441 to indicate that you're processing a Indonesia Visa. Overnight all of the above documents to Deluxe Passport Express, 57 Lee Ave, Brooklyn NY 11211. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 9:00am to 1:00 pm EST.
