Please collect and send the following documents:
1) Valid US Passport
You must send your valid, signed US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and two blank visa page. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.
2) Two Passport Photo
Photo must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background. Only front view of face acceptable. Digital photos not accepted.
3) Visa Application Form
Click here to complete the application online, print and sign.
4) Proof of Departure
You must provide a travel itinerary or copy of your plane tickets. (please note this itinerary must show travel in the next 3 months)
5) Fees
Government fee
One Money Order or certified check made payable to the Kenya Embassy. Do not send cash, personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.
The Consulate fee for single entry is $50.00
The Consulate fee for multiple entry is $100.00
Our fee
Our service fee is $75.00.
• For return delivery, add $30 for overnight shipping or provide your FedEx account # on the Customer Info Form (See below).
• When paying by money order, make it payable to "Deluxe Passport Express".
• Credit card information should be entered at the Customer Info Form (See Below).
6) Customer Information Form
• Complete the Customer Information Form. Print a copy and send it along with rest of your documents.
7) Shipping
Call us at 718-387-5441 to indicate that you're processing a Kenya Visa. Overnight all of the above documents to Deluxe Passport Express, 57 Lee Ave, Brooklyn NY 11211. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 9:00am to 1:00 pm EST.
We strongly recommend that you send your documents via FedEx/UPS. |
